MF Collection is an online fashion store based in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The name comes from our two founders: Mudasser and Faizan.
We have been in business for many years, with restaurants, oil and gas transportation, and real estate ventures in Dubai. As the way people shop kept changing, we decided the next step was e-commerce, and MF Collection is that step.
Our office is in Bannu, close to the Bannu Woolen Mill, one of the largest woolen mills in Asia. We pick up our shawls and men's clothing directly from the mill, so what reaches you is the real thing. Our Peshawari chappals are made by hand from premium leather by cobblers with 30 to 40 years of experience in this craft.
For women's footwear, clothing, and cosmetics, we buy directly from well-known brands and try to give every customer the best piece available. Our men's jackets come from third-party suppliers, and we hold them to the same quality standard as everything else we sell.

Women's footwear, clothing, and cosmetics are bought directly from well-known brands. Men's jackets come from third-party suppliers, and we check them to our quality standard.
You can pay with Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Credit card payment is coming soon. For some products we ask for an advance payment, and the amount is shown at checkout.
We deliver across Pakistan in 3 to 7 days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Open our Track Order page and enter your order ID with the email or phone number you used. Once your order is dispatched, the courier and tracking number appear there. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
If the size doesn't fit, we exchange it. For footwear, a size exchange costs you nothing, but if you want a different design, you pay the delivery charges. If you simply want to return an item without a specific reason, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery, and you pay the delivery charges, which are not refunded.
That's our responsibility. If the quality is not right, or the size or product is not what you ordered, we exchange it at our cost. Please contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
After you place an order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. You can cancel until the order is dispatched from our end. Once it has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled.
Available sizes are listed on each product page. If you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll help you choose. A wrong size can be exchanged.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using mfcollectionpk.store (the "Site") or placing an order through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products & Pricing
We try to show colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur because of photography, lighting, or screen settings, and handmade items such as Peshawari chappals can differ slightly from piece to piece. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. We may limit quantities and correct pricing or listing errors.
4. Originality Guarantee
We guarantee 100% originality and quality on Bannu Woolen Mill shawls and clothing, and on our handmade Peshawari chappals. Women's footwear, clothing, and cosmetics are bought directly from well-known brands, and men's jackets are sourced from third-party suppliers. We check all products for quality before they ship.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. After you place an order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We accept Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Credit card payment is coming soon. For some products an advance payment is required, and the amount is shown at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through TCS, Leopards, PostEx, and Trax. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times are an estimate and depend on the courier and your location. MF Collection is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
- Wrong size: we exchange it at no extra cost to you.
- Quality problem, wrong product, or damaged item: this is our responsibility. We exchange the item at our cost. Please report it within 3 days of delivery.
- Footwear: a size mismatch is exchanged at no extra cost. If you want to exchange for a different design, you pay the delivery charges.
- Return without a specific reason: we accept returns within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition, and you pay the delivery charges.
- Refunds: delivery charges are not refunded, except where the mistake is ours (a quality problem, wrong size, or wrong product).
8. Order Cancellation
We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp after you place it. You can cancel your order until it has been dispatched from our end. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product photography, belongs to MF Collection or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Site to place false or fraudulent orders, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MF Collection is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site or your purchase is subject to the courts of Pakistan.
